We are now happy to announce that the Abstract review process is complete and the Manuscript Submission can now start. We are also extremely happy about the interest shown to Congress and would like to announce that we've established an agreement with Springer for a Congress Book to be published to include selected manuscripts from your submissions. In addition, we have also agreed with the Turkish Journal of Civil Engineering, a publication of one of our partners Turkish Chamber of Civil Engineers, to submit selected manuscripts to be reviewed for possible publication in a Special Issue, provided successful completion of their review process.
