Chair's Message

Dear Colleagues,

The 15th International Congress on Advances in Civil Engineering- ACE 2023 will be held in Famagusta, North Cyprus, 6-7-8 September 2023.  I would like to welcome you all to attend, participate and share your academic & practical knowledge in this prestigious organization, which will also provide plenty of opportunities for networking.

Traditionally, ACE congresses have been organized once every two years by one of the partner universities: Bogaziçi University, Eastern Mediterranean University, Ege Üniversity, Istanbul Technical University, Karadeniz Technical University, Middle East Technical University, Yıldız Technical University, supported by Turkish Chamber of Civil Engineers. In 2023, the Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Civil Engineers is also joining as a supporter for the congress.

At ACE congress, we discuss current trends in civil engineering including new technologies, methods, theories, and practices in all branches of civil engineering by bringing together researchers and experts from the industry from all over the world. We have invited Keynote Speakers and planned Social and Cultural Events to take place during the congress, which we hope you will find very interesting.

I am sure that you will enjoy the quality of the congress as well as the nature and tourist places of North Cyprus. We will all be happy to see you here for the congress.
